1. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible, non-custom-made jewelry, subject to the conditions outlined below and applicable consumer protection laws.

Restocking fee: For eligible voluntary returns where permitted by applicable law, a 20% restocking fee will apply to the purchase price.

Return condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with their original packaging and any accompanying certificates.

Prior authorization: Please contact us before returning any item. We will provide instructions for the return shipment.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including appropriate insurance and tracking, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal, remain unaffected by this policy.
2. Custom-Made and Personalized Jewelry
Custom-made, personalized, engraved, or specially commissioned jewelry is generally not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind, except where required by applicable law.
Each custom piece is created specifically according to the customer's requirements, specifications, or approved design.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If there is any problem with the jewelry you receive, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We take every concern seriously and will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Depending on the circumstances, this may involve a repair, replacement, or another appropriate resolution.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs where applicable. We will review the matter and guide you through the next steps.
Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.
4. International Returns and Import Declarations
For returns shipped from outside the European Union, an additional €130 import declaration and customs administration fee may apply where necessary for the return shipment to be processed and the jewelry to be re-imported into Greece.
For orders valued at over US$1,000, an additional 10% import tax or customs charge may also apply to the returned jewelry, depending on the applicable customs regulations and import procedures.
We will confirm any applicable fee and the return procedure with you before you ship the item back.
International returns must be shipped with appropriate tracking and insurance. Please contact us before sending any international return to ensure that the customs documentation is completed correctly.
5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Daperis has no control over the customs procedures, tax rates, or additional charges imposed by the destination country's authorities or courier services.
If a buyer refuses delivery or fails to collect a parcel because of customs duties, import taxes, or other destination charges, the parcel may be returned to Greece, abandoned, or otherwise disposed of by the carrier or customs authorities.
In such cases, any refund will be assessed in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the shipment. Where legally permitted, costs incurred by Daperis as a result of the refusal, return shipment, customs processing, or loss of the parcel may be deducted from any refund.
